We will do our best to accommodate your busy schedule. Request an appointment today!

In light of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, I would like to update you on further changes we are implementing to ensure the well-being of our staff, pet owners, and of course, our patients.
We are still available to see your pets as needed during our open hours, though you will not be permitted into the hospital. Our current protocol is as follows:
1) Please arrive at the hospital 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Once you are parked, please call the hospital to let us know you have arrived, but please stay in your car. Our waiting area is closed.
2) A technician will call to ask you questions and take a brief history relating to the visit. They will then meet you and your pet at the front entryway of the hospital. All cats will need to be in carriers. We will respect the 6 feet distancing when at all possible while getting your pet. Once we have your pet safely inside the hospital, you can return to your car. The doctor will call you on the phone either during or after the exam has been performed to discuss diagnostic tests and/or treatments recommended.
3) It is required you wear a mask during the exchange of your pet(s).
I want to thank all of you for being very patient during this time of change. This has been a challenge, but everyone is embracing the changes as best as possible. I would also like to compliment my staff for all their hard work and commitment during these uncertain times. This wonderful team has continued to come to work and have committed their time to ensure the safety of the pets, clients, and co-workers. They have been instrumental in keeping our doors open and keeping the hospital clean and cheerful. I am very lucky to have found such a dedicated and caring group to work with and will continue to do everything possible to keep the entire team working as many hours as possible.
