Dr. Kim Rea is a native of Southern California.
She received her Bachelor's degree from UC Davis and her DVM degree from Colorado State University. Since that time, she has worked for a Mobile Spay/Neuter clinic based in the LA area and served as the staff veterinarian at USC Medical School.
She provided relief work at many hospitals around the South Bay Area before purchasing Redwood Animal Hospital in 2003. She enjoys the intimate atmosphere of a smaller family oriented practice.Her interests include dentistry, internal medicine and surgery, with a special interest in comfort care for older patients.
She enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding and beach volleyball in her free time.
